Our Properties
Oakcrest of Courtland
Oakcrest is a vintage 9-unit community located 3 miles north of Rockford on Northland Drive at 13 Mile. Just 1 mile from M-57/14 Mile Rd and 2 miles from US-131 Expressway, 5 miles from Cedar Springs and a mile from the White Pine Trail. Two 2-bedroom units in front and 4 studio and 3 efficiency units under the large covered porch. Enjoy the large yard shaded by the old oak trees. The property has security cameras to provide that extra protection for all of our residents.
Cedar Rock Cottages were built in 1955 as Nielsen’s Sunset Camp for lodging.
Cedar Rock Cottages
Cedar Rock is a tiny house community located north of Rockford on Northland Drive just behind the Northstar movie theater on 14 Mile (M-57), just 1 mile from US-131, 4 miles from Meijer in Cedar Springs and less than a mile from the White Pine Trail. 8 cottages contain 9 rental units. Enjoy supper at the picnic table in the large grassy courtyard under the shade trees. The property has security cameras to provide that extra safety and security for our residents.
Oakcrest of Courtland was built in 1948 as a 7-room motel with managers quarters in the front.
